What information do we collect?
We only collect the very basic information such as your name and email so that you can create an account for the app to be able to track certain events and so you can save QR codes for a quick check-in access at the games. The app does give you the ability to also continue as a guest rather than sign up and provide information, though some features will not be available without an account.
What do we use your information for?
The information that we collect is only used for the purposes of app functionality and we do not share your personal information with anyone else. This also includes not selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your data to unknown outside parties.
Do we distribute date to third parties?
We do not distribute data to anyone, and all data is used to ensure the app is functional.
Can I request my data be deleted?
You certainly can. If you no longer want your data as part of the app, we can delete your account for you from the server and all information that you have provided and that is linked to it. Please email contactus@transplant.org.au to request this.
Consent
By using the WTG Event App, you agree and consent to our privacy policy and anything related to it. You also understand that this can be altered by the app owners at any time to ensure we are up to date.
