For transparency: in addition to the official inclusions, the event portion of the package price also covers organizational efforts, logistics, ceremony preparations, officials, referees, all necessary equipment, medical services at the sports venues, venues for team manager meetings, event-insurances, marketing, and all other expenses required to plan and execute a large-scale sporting event.
After careful consideration, we have decided to offer greater flexibility by excluding breakfast from the package price for the following reasons: diverse dietary habits, early morning schedules, athlete-specific preferences, cost considerations to meet your budget constraints, and reducing food waste.

World Transplant Games Federation participation levy:
(*this levy has replaced the member organisation fee, approved at the General Assembly at 2023 WTG in Perth, from 2026 it will be absorbed into the registration packages)
Participation levy is charged in the name and for the account of the World Transplant Games Federation, The Quay, 30 Channel Way, OceanVillage, Southampton, SO14 3TG, UK.
