The Junior Program is designed especially for junior transplant recipients aged from 4-17. This is a unique opportunity for children and teens to shine in a variety of events and activities, meet other kids just like them and hopefully take home a medal for “show and tell”.
Juniors compete in events designated by gender in the following age groups:
- 5 years and under
- 6-8
- 9-11
- 12-14
- 15-17
- Juniors 16 or 17 years of age are permitted to compete in adult age events but must then compete only in adult events.

Junior Social Program
The Games are more than just sports. Open to all registered junior competitors and junior supporters, the Junior social program is an opportunity to have fun in a variety of memorable activities connect with other kids, just like them, and create close friendships with kids from around the world.
